a. When downloading any product from Intimate Noise, this is offered as “royalty-free” which means you can use the sounds contained without ever paying any royalties for such use. Keep in mind though that the sounds and/or tools contained are licensed, not sold to you. Intimate Noise is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By purchasing a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, tv program, website or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to Intimate Noise or any third parties. Everything else on the website, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos is licensed to Intimate Noise and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

b. You are not allowed to use the sounds in isolation as sound effects, as loops or for the creation of a sound library for any kind of synthesizer, sample-based virtual instruments or other musical instrument. Using sounds in a manner competitive to Intimate Noise or its licensors or copying, lending, re-selling, duplicating or trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited.

c. This license, given on a worldwide basis, is granted for a single user only (the “Licensee”). A right to use the sounds and/or tools included is granted only to the Licensee and is NOT transferable.

d. You are free to register a copyright in a derivative work you create using any sound from our packs. You shall own all intellectual property rights in all your productions incorporating such sounds, however, you do not own the copyright in this sound. In case you submit a takedown notice to any third party sites for your work, then you are responsible for ensuring that such takedown notice is not being issued for a different work on the basis that the different work includes the same sound.

Payment is taken on behalf of Intimate Noise by Paypal. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, and are subject to change from time to time. After payment you will be taken to a page of your account and receive a download link to the e-mail address you provided, where you can download your product(s). Due to the nature of downloadable products and online services, no refunds are normally available for products once checkout is complete. Any refund request will be considered in our sole discretion and our decision will be final.

By entering this agreement you agree not to sue or recover any damages from Intimate Noise and any affiliated companies or collaborating artists as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend this agreement.

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek laws, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Syros, Greece.
